“My name is Sara Davies, I set up a craft company called Crafter’s Companion when I was 21. I’ve been into crafting since a really young age when I experimented with different things with my mam, nana and Grandma, but today my company sells papercraft products and art materials.”

“From working as a Drama/English teacher, in costume design for 20th Century Costumes London and New York. To then going on to work as a Costume Supervisor on blockbusters like Golden Eye, The World is Not Enough, Tomorrow Never Dies, Four Weddings and a Funeral, Notting Hill and Tomb Raider, to name but a few. Then I got asked to appear on This Morning as their fashion expert for one show only – 10 years later I left and it was then that I discovered the world of Shopping Telly. Shoes, High end jewels and then Sewing…and here I am…”
Ali Board
“Ali did not expect to end up becoming an artist as she had dreams of being on a stage dancing and performing. When she decided that wasn’t exactly what she was meant to do, she was invited by her parents to join the family business – art materials, stationery, and picture framing.”

Sandra Rushton
“I started crafting when I was very young, firstly paper then around 12 I made my first dress. I went into teaching product design in secondary school in 2002 and spent 12 years inspiring young people not only on specific subjects but also crafting. I left teaching to follow my own dream of working with my own artwork and crafting. In 2019 Sanntangle the brand was launched and I haven’t looked back. A highlight was earlier this year when I launched my first ever coloured pencil sets.”

“I am an all-round crafter, blogger, tutor and Brand Partner for Brother Sewing Machines. I am also a Cricut Ambassador & Design Space Contributing Design Artist. Most recently, I am an Illustrator and Fabric Designer with Craft Cotton Co – you can find my fabric ranges across the UK!”
Nicky Ward
“I’ve always loved all crafts and was taught to crochet when I was young. It really helped to take my mind off my pregnancy nausea years later, plus I got to make cute things for my daughter! My passion now is crocheting, and teaching others, using recycled and sustainable yarns.”
Tracy Perks – Rope and Anchor
“Tracy Perks is a Quilt Pattern Designer, of large pictorial style quilts. She also has a passion for creating free motion embroidery and shabby chic textile art. Tracy has a large number of quilt patterns designed that are great for the visual learner, with more to come.”
Molly Cawthorn
“Mixed media landscape artist exploring nature, belonging and colour in abstract memory paintings. In her craft, she explores the theme of language and mark-making in depth. She picks out patterns in nature (like tree bark or rivers) from specific places she has visited and studied. Molly investigates nature and the feelings it inspires and causes within the landscape; both negative and positive.”
Cassandra Connolly
“Hi, I’m Cassandra, a British surface pattern designer and craft lover. My most recent fabric collections, in collaboration with Lewis and Irene, can be found worldwide. From my pearls of creativity, I want to leave a legacy, helping you to create memories through my designs and make every day magical.”
Alison Chinn
“Lockdown was a time where a lot of people picked up creativity, for me this is also where my portrait business began! I’ve always loved art and animals, combining my passions so that I can draw full time has been an absolute dream. Learning is part of the process, each day I’m trying something new!”
